The two most important things I learn from this blog are that the Aswan dam controls the flood and is very large. Another important thing is that a bunch of hunter and gathers founded Egypt 500o years ago.
I learned that the flood that comes every year isn't as fun as I thought. So they needed a dam to be built: that I now know is the Aswan Dam. Also that the Nile is a beautiful place, making me want to go visit there now. :)
